Yes, ONLY IF ACCOMPANIED by a parent, by a legal guardian or after the authorization by the structure.
According to the Italian law (article 2 and 318 of the civil code) the minor/minors accompanied by an adult person different from parents can stay in the hotel/accommodation structure only if they are sent by e-mail (and then they are delivered at the time of check -in) the following documents:
1) Recognition document of the minor
2) Color photocopy of the identification document of the legal parent/guardian who authorizes the stay combined with a written declaration with which the parent/legal guardian gives its consent to the stay at the structure of the child.
In the declaration, parents or legal guardians must expressly declare that they are aware of the presence of their child in the chosen hospitality structure, which allow their child to stay in the specific structure for certain nights and that the accommodation structure chosen is exempt from any type of responsibility Criminal and civil.

Check-in is from 4.00pm, but if you arrive earlier and your apartment is ready, you can check in early.
Check-out is not later than 10.00am. We thank you for respecting the timetable to allow adequate cleaning and preparation of the house for the next guests. We also kindly ask you not to leave dirty crockery or dishes, and to wash everything, or send the dishwasher. We also ask you to take all rubbish to the appropriate containers before your departure.
We now operate a Key Safe (lockbox) at all of our apartments. This means that arrival can be anytime after 4pm although we ask that you let us know an approximate time so that we can ensure that the apartment is ready for you. Once the apartment has been serviced on the day we text Key Safe instructions to your mobile phone. Its that simple!
