Siamo stati nell'alloggio di Edilio solo per una notte, il nostro è stato un soggiorno rapidissimo ad Aosta. La casa è in una bellissima posizione, molto tranquilla è ben tenuta molto pulita e con una bella vista sulla vallata. Edilio è una persona discreta e molto gentile.

Abbiamo passato un bellissimo fine settimana ad Aosta. Eravamo in 3 e miravamo sia a godere delle piste di Pila, ma anche di scoprire qualche angolo di questo storico luogo. L'appartamento Praetoria Suite Aosta si é rivelato una scelta azzeccatissima in tal senso. In pieno centro storico, ma splendidamente isolato acusticamente (le finestre danno su un cortile condominiale sul lato sud), concede di potersi muovere liberamente per passeggiate lungo i percorsi più antichi e nobili di Aosta, sia per raggiungere agevolmente gli impianti di risalita di Pila. Ampia scelta di parcheggio pubblico nelle immediate vicinanze, negozi e supermercati tutt'attorno. L’appartamento é stato recentemente ristrutturato a regola d'arte, ed offe un confortevolissimo riscaldamento a pavimento. Cucina ampia ed attrezzata con sistemi tecnologici d'ultimo grido, due bagni rifiniti con stile moderno ed efficace. E servizio concierge di prim'ordine, Tania é stata puntuale e molto disponibile in ogni circostanza. Raccomandatissimo!

Tatiana and her husband were kind, responsive, and helpful. They gave us local recommendations for food, sightseeing, and showed us everything on a map of the valley they provided for us. The home was everything we expected! Stunning views!

Auch wenn das für uns eine kurze Reise war um einfach die Familie zu besuchen, war diese Wohnung genau perfekt dafür. Die Wohnung ist sogar noch schöner als auf die Bilder sie ausschaut. Wir waren 5 Personen da und uns hat gar nichts gefehlt. Kochen kann man sehr gut, ausschlafen kann man perfekt, eine schöne Aussicht von Balkon aus ist auch vorhanden. Wie auch die Wohnung befindet sich nur paar Meter zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und vor allem ein sehr großes Lob an die Inhaberin, da die Wohnung äußerst sauber ist und sie und wirklich sehr schön empfangen hat. Man hat sich sehr willkommens gefühlt. Und man sieht, dass der Inhaberin Tania die Gäste nicht einfach eine Quelle von Verdienst ist, sondern sie kümmert sich sehr um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! ❤️ Grazie Tania! ❤️

Tania è stata un'ottima host! ci siamo trovati benissimo, subito reattiva nelle risposte e l'appartamento ci ha fatto sentire davvero come a casa...torneremo sicuramente!

A cosy, perfect apartment for a mid winter break in the Aosta Valley. Peaceful, yet not far from the centre of Aosta, and images depict the rooms exactly. Easy to find. Very clean and everything provided that we might need (particularly well stocked kitchen and great list of local recommendations). Tania’s communication was exceptional and very caring, and the friendly, personal welcome was hugely appreciated. Thank you very much Tania.

Casa Alpina was exactly what we needed for our ski trip. The view was lovely, the place was wonderful, and Tania’s help and recommendations were amazing! Very friendly host and a very awesome place to stay!!

Very recommendable! We were welcomed by Odilio and Tania, who took good time to give us information about the appartment and the Aosta aera. The appartment is very nice and clean and situated in the old center of Aosta. We had a very nice stay!

Edilio is an incredible host. He personally explained everything we needed to know during check-in and even took the time to answer our questions about activities within the area.The house was very clean, spacious, and has the most amazing view. In the mornings, we stepped outside to watch the first sunlight hit the mountains from the balcony. It was probably the best part of our trip.
