Alpina 6 Apartment, renovated in August 2023. Located on the ground floor, the direct access from the parking area makes this solution ideal for every comfort need. The structure is fully accessible to wheelchair users, ensuring a welcoming and obstacle-free stay for all guests.
It consists of:
• A spacious and bright living room with entrance from the parking area, a sofa bed, a kitchen with electric oven, induction stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, utilities, tablecloth, digital TV;
• A bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and a wardrobe;
• Bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer.

• Cleaning products, broom, mop, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, clothes rack available;
• Wi-Fi;
• Autonomous heating (no air conditioning);
• Uncovered unattended video-surveilled private parking;
