Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms, including bathrooms. A €150 fine will be charged for damages or extra cleaning/laundry (blankets, curtains, etc.).

The apartment is professionally cleaned at every guest turnover. For daily needs or emergencies, a vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan, and mop with bucket are available in the apartment for your use.

No, we do not accept credit card payments at this time. We accept payments via bank transfer (to be completed before arrival) or cash upon check-in.

Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. If you need to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance; we will do our best to accommodate an early check-in, though it is not guaranteed.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM. We kindly ask you to respect this time to allow proper cleaning for the next guests. Upon departure, please do not leave dirty dishes (please start a dishwasher cycle) and ensure all trash is taken to the designated external bins.

Yes, but only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or with prior authorization from the property.

Yes, we are happy to welcome guests with dogs. Please note, however, that cats, birds, rabbits, and other pets are not allowed. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance and to review our pet policy available on our website.

To confirm your booking, a deposit via bank transfer is required. The balance can be paid in cash upon key handover or via bank transfer (to be completed at least 5 business days before arrival). Please note that credit cards are not accepted. Installment payments are not permitted; keys will only be handed over once the full balance has been settled.
