Check-out is by 10:00 AM. We kindly ask you to respect this time to allow proper cleaning for the next guests. Upon departure, please do not leave dirty dishes (please start a dishwasher cycle) and ensure all trash is taken to the designated external bins.

This means that arrival can be anytime after 4pm although we ask that you let us know an approximate time so that we can ensure that the apartment is ready for you. Once the apartment has been serviced on the day we text Key Safe instructions to your mobile phone. Its that simple!
