Choosing to stay in an apartment rather than in a hotel is the ideal solution for those who wish to enjoy completely relaxing summer or winter holidays, at their own pace and times and respecting their own habits.

Can I bring my dog?

When will my apartment be cleaned?

The apartment is cleaned after each departure, however for daily cleaning there is a vacuum cleaner, broom, dust pan and mop and bucket available.

Are sheets and towels included?

Yes, every apartment has a set of sheets and towels.

What electrical appliances are provided in the apartments?

Our apartments come complete with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine,  microwave oven, digital TV and hairdryer.

Do the apartments have WiFi access?

Yes, every apartment has a free WiFi connection.

Is breakfast included?

No, all apartments are self-catered.

Where can we eat lunch and dinner?

At your apartment you’ll find a list of recommended restaurants in Aosta

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is from 3.00pm, but if you arrive earlier and your apartment is ready, you can check in early. Check out must be no later than 10.00am. If your room isn’t ready you can leave your luggage at the cloakroom.

Is Self check-in available?

We now operate a Key Safe (lockbox) at all of our apartment (except Apartment Alpina). This means that arrival can be anytime after 3pm although we ask that you let us know an approximate time so that we can ensure that the apartment is ready for you. Once the apartment has been serviced on the day we text Key Safe instructions to your mobile phone. Its that simple!

Can I pay by credit card?

No, we accept payments by cash or bank transfer.
